Rare Ped to Severn Beach, Tug 59 and Tug 40
 
<b> 21st July 2009</b> --- The InterCity swallow one of the all time favourite liveries amongst rail enthusiasts, is still carried by 31454, and is seen leading DBSO 9714 into Bristol Temple Meads. Off course, not unusal territory for the Ped as she was working the Butlins Express and Bristol to Weymouths a few years ago. The Ped, was hauling the 4Z08 1901 Kingsland Road to Swindon via Bath and Bedminster. The Train was booked to go to Bedminster to reverse but instead reversed in the station at Bristol Temple Meads. Many thanks must go to and will go to the lizard for the info. The sun managed to break through the clouds in time!!

<b> 23rd July 2009</b> --- A recently reinstated stone working was the 6C28 Exeter Riverside Yard to Whatley which was highly welcomed by all enthusiasts in the South West especially as it is usually hauled by a DB/Mendip Rail '59' which have been absent in the area for a considerable amount of time. On Thursday 23rd July 2009, Hanson 59101 was given the duty of taking the loaded stone to Riverside yard for unloading, the returning empties are photographed in a lucky patch of sun at 40steps, Taunton. The train was running early. Many thanks to the lizard for the times.
